back to gather

9d breathwork in guernsey

for one day, the island held its breath together.

danny lloyd came home to guernsey from australia for a single day, to guide three rounds of 9d breathwork; conscious connected breathing, woven through sound and stillness, in the castel douzaine room. lucia faith held the space alongside him, and i was there to help people feel safe enough to let go. an immersion that blends science, sound and spirit, all through the simple, ancient act of breathing.

it was a rare gathering; the kind that comes once and is gone, and stays with you longer than its one day on the calendar.

who held the room

danny lloyd, founder of insideout breathwork, led the day; a guernseyman now based in australia, bringing global experience and a grounded, trauma-aware way of holding a room. lucia faith, a plant medicine woman and space holder, brought warmth and intuition to every round. and i was there in support, helping people feel safe and deeply connected through the journey.

what it asked of you

almost nothing, and everything. comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, water, an eye mask if you had one; but mostly just your presence, and the willingness to breathe and see what surfaced. no fixing, no performance; only the body, the breath, and whatever they had been waiting to release.
